Sometimes its not enough to know how to design, because you also need to know how not to design. So thats why I created a list of 25 worst photoshop mistakes ever. Sometimes its unbelievable how some “designers” make this kind of mistakes and still make it to the cover of a magazine. Also check out Another 25 Photoshop Mistakes.
1. I dont think you can carry a computer this way, Right?
2. A extra pair of hands is always handy.
3. A 3rd hand? Where is the dude?
4. I have never seen a belly like that. Do you?
5. Thats just scary.
6. Do i have to say anything?
7. I dont know the exact proportions of the human body, but i cant touch below my knie while standing straight. Do you?
8. Here is an other one.
9. This is maybe the biggest photoshop disaster i found. Have you ever seen people basketball without a head?
10. No Veronica Kay is not just a one legged model, its another big photoshop mistake.
11. Gues what, it didnt just happend ones. The editor of Veronica Kay probably hated veronica.
12. Or maybe number veronica has done the same diet as this girl?
13. Did eminem just got a facelift?
14. He can count to seven.
15. Brad Pitt has a twin brother and kid.
16. She wasn’t really naked, look at the thongs reflection.
17. I have seen this one all over the web, so it has to make this list.
18. This BMW probably has some spinners.
19. I didn’t know spiderman had a flexible girlfriend.
20. Unbelievable, is this done in paint?
21. Some girls wish they had a belly button. This girl is one of them.
22. They saved a view bucks by not buying the iStockPhoto photos.
23. This guy needs to do some more Photoshop tutorials.
24. The photo retoucher must have had an unbelievable hangover?
25. They erased someone, but forgot a little piece.

on number 17, im pretty sure the woman is holding the plate with her left hand, cause i can see the red from a thumbnail holding the plate hidden under the right hand. its not really important, just thought i might add.

Hey distinguished post, I truly enjoyed it, especially regarding the 2nd commentary that you made. The only thing I have to talk about to you would be viewing the web site through the Konquerer browser… for some reason it doesn’t appear to load the web site also the sidebar seems to break – might want to check that out!

#20 isn’t really a mistake… that’s a design technique.

#6 isn’t what it looks like either, it’s an unfortunate placement of the model for the photo. It is a palm tree behind her that *should* have been photoshopped out.
Also for #21, I know a few people with no bellybutton. Though that one is likely a photoshop mistake it is possible to not have one, it mostly occurs with twins and they have to do slight surgery upon birth. The scar from it goes away by adulthood usually too.
I do not think that #1 is a mistake. In Russian the ad says “Formoza: if you think about the future”. I think that they meant for the girl to be ‘levitating’ the computer with three fingers. Dumb ad, but probably done on purpose.
I didn’t quite get the point this when I first read it. But when I read it a third time, it all became clear. Thanks for the thought. Absolutely something to think about.
A lot of these pictures are just dumb. what makes spiderman’s gf so flexible? and i think that was the point with the spinners on the bmw. they go fast and it is saying that by showing that even though the couple is almost in the house the spinners are still spinning. it is an advertisement. but yeah a lot of these were really funny.
